Sales Policy: All purchases are subject to our established policies and procedures.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and for any reason.
Sales Tax: Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax. Out-of-state customers are exempt from sales tax (TAX FREE).
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and other payment methods. Financing options are also available.
Payment Terms: All orders must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Layaway Option: A free 6-month layaway plan is available with a 10% deposit applied toward the total balance.
Warranties: Furniture warranties vary by manufacturer. Please contact us for detailed warranty information specific to your furniture selection.
Protection Plan: We highly recommend the Montage 5-Year Furniture Protection Plan for added peace of mind.
Damage Resolution: We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.
Color Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitors, lighting, and natural material variations, colors and stains may appear differently in person. Please contact us for clarification—we’re happy to provide additional images or information to help you feel confident in your purchase.
Reporting Issues:
Any damages or defects must be reported on the day of delivery.
Failure to report promptly may result in claims being denied by the manufacturer, delivery service, or insurance provider. Please communicate concerns right away—we’re here to help resolve them quickly. Do not discard packaging, as it is necessary for processing damage claims.
Financed Orders – All Sales Final: All furniture orders made through financing companies such as Finti, Acima, SNAP, uOwn, PayPal, American First, etc., are All Sales Final. These third-party providers do not issue refunds or cancel transactions once the order is transferred to them.
Specific Items are All Sales Final: All sales are final for mattresses, box springs, foundations, floor models, clearance items, and custom orders.
Local Delivery: Complimentary FREE delivery is available to customers within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. Please contact us to see if your city is included.
Non-Local Customers: If you are outside the Dallas/Fort Worth delivery zone, enjoy low-cost flat rate shipping of $195.
Measurements: Dimensions are listed with each item description. Be sure to carefully measure your space, doorways, hallways, and stairwells. We are not responsible for items that do not fit, and all shipping costs related to returning oversized items are the customer’s responsibility.
Other Details for Non-Local Out-of-Area Deliveries
We provide various shipping options for customers located outside the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Since each order is different, we choose the most appropriate shipping method based on the type of furniture and the delivery destination.
We deliver solely to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A.

Out-of-area orders typically take 2 to 8 days for delivery. To get the current estimate for your region, please contact us.
We typically use independent contract delivery drivers for out-of-area deliveries.
Furniture orders are carefully inspected, loaded, and shipped directly from our warehouses to your home or business.
Drivers travel alone and are NOT contracted to move heavy furniture beyond ground-level access, assemble or install furniture, or remove packaging or factory boxes.
You must be home to assist with the delivery, inspect your items, and sign for them.
We will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure you’re fully prepared.
