Do you deliver outside the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area?

Yes! We ship furniture to the 48 contiguous states within the United States.

Does delivery include the removal of old furniture?
Our delivery service does not include the removal of old furniture, as our delivery schedule does not allow time for this service.

How much is delivery?
We offer complimentary local delivery and installation for all customers within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Please give us a call to confirm if your city is included.

For customers outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $195, whether you’re purchasing a single piece or furnishing your entire home.

What if my furniture is delivered damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged, we’re here to help—how we handle it depends on how you received your order:

  • Local Pickup: If you picked up the item yourself, please return it to us and we’ll arrange an exchange.
  • Local Delivery: If the item was delivered locally, we’ll bring a replacement and handle the exchange for you.
  • Out-of-Area Delivery: For customers outside our local delivery area, we reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.

All furniture must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage should be reported immediately. Please call us at 214-774-2688 to report any issues.

How long does delivery usually take?

In-stock items are typically delivered locally within 1–2 business days. Out-of-stock items may take 2–3 weeks for local delivery. We’re always happy to check availability and provide status updates before you make your purchase. 

Out-of-area orders typically take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. To get the current estimate for your region, please contact us.

Is Assembly Included with delivery?

Complimentary assembly and installation are available for customers in the local free delivery area. Customers located outside the local free delivery area are responsible for the assembly and installation of their furniture. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further clarification.

Where is your Free Delivery Area?

Please call us with your specific city to confirm that you are within the free delivery area.

Will you hold our furniture until we are ready for it to be delivered?

Yes, we will hold your furniture for you until you are ready for delivery.

Do you have a showroom to see the furniture in person?

We operate by appointment only and do not have a traditional showroom or furniture on display. Most of our items are purchased without in-person viewing.

Is everything you carry listed on the website?
Not even close! Our website features only a small selection of our most popular items. We have access to thousands more through our furniture distributors.

If you’re looking for something specific that isn’t shown online, chances are we can get it for you. Simply email or text us a photo of the item you’re interested in, and we’ll do our best to find the exact furniture item, or something very similar.

Found something on another website? Let us know the site name and item number, and we’ll check availability and provide you with a price quote.

Do you have financing available?

We offer financing through companies such as Progressive, Acima, SNAP, Terrace, PayPal, and more.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, checks, cash, Zelle, and other payment methods. Financing options are also available.

Do you offer a layaway program?

A free 6-month layaway plan is available with a 10% non-refundable deposit applied toward the total balance.

Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! Ordering online is safe and secure. Simply add your desired items to the Shopping Cart, click Checkout, and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Our secure server uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your credit card details.  Your credit card company also protects you from online fraud.
If you prefer, you’re also welcome to place your order by phone. Please note that orders using our financing options must be completed offline.

What are your hours?

Our warehouse operates on limited hours—please reach out to confirm our current daily schedule. Our warehouse is closed on weekends.  We do not have any display models available for viewing.  We are available by phone and email 24/7 to assist you.

Where are you located?

We are in Addison, Texas.  We are an online furniture store only.  We do not have a showroom to see the furniture in person.  Our warehouse is available by appointment only.

Will my furniture look exactly like it does in the picture?
The short answer is yes, but with a few things to keep in mind.

We strive to provide high-quality images to help you make the best choice. However, colors may appear slightly different due to factors beyond our control, such as your screen’s color settings, the photo’s lighting, and the lighting in your home.  Please reach out to us for more clarification.

Is the eastern king size the same as the regular king size?

Yes, there are two types of king-size beds. The Eastern King, often referred to as a standard king, typically fits a mattress measuring about 78 inches wide by 80 inches long. The California King is slightly narrower but longer, accommodating a mattress approximately 72 inches wide by 84 inches long.

Do you buy used furniture?
Unfortunately, we do not purchase or sell used furniture.
