Returns must be in original packaging and brand-new, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping and delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected at our warehouse.
Notify us immediately if you intend to return an item.
If you’re not satisfied with your order’s color, comfort, or quality within three days of delivery or pickup, you may return it to our warehouse for a refund, minus actual delivery and shipping charges incurred.
Non-Local Out-of-Area Customers 10-Day Return Policy:
Fine Home Furniture offers a 10-day return policy for orders from non-local out-of-the-area customers only.
Returns must be in original packaging and brand-new, unused condition.

Other Details for Non-Local Out-of-Area Deliveries
We provide various shipping options for customers located outside the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Since each order is different, we choose the most appropriate shipping method based on the type of furniture and the delivery destination.
We deliver solely to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A.

Out-of-area orders typically take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. To get the current estimate for your region, please contact us.
We typically use independent contract delivery drivers for out-of-area deliveries.
Furniture orders are carefully inspected, loaded, and shipped directly from our warehouses to your home or business.
Drivers travel alone and are NOT contracted to move heavy furniture beyond ground-level access, assemble or install furniture, or remove packaging or factory boxes.
You must be home to assist with the delivery, inspect your items, and sign for them.
